What in the world is a Zenkeri?

A Nymphea Zenkeri, commonly known as the Red Tiger Lotus, is a water lily that is native to the Nile, and grows in some parts of East Africa & Southeast Asia. This beautiful flower grows roots in mud, & can survive for thousands of years.

Lotus seeds have been said to benefit the kidney, spleen & heart. Like massage, they have been used in treatment of pain, digestive disorders, insomnia & restlessness, to increase circulation, to induce relaxation, and more.

Over 10 years ago, fossilized remains of the worlds oldest known flower, Archaefructus sinensis, was discovered in Northeast China. David Dilcher, of the University of Florida, said, "It is like the mother of all flowering plants." The water lily is regarded as the closest "modern relative" of this ancient flower.

The lotus is the sacred national flower of India, symbolizing divinity, wealth & knowledge, and represents good fortune, honor and long life.

Massage is the oldest therapy known to mankind. The water lily, & water lotus, stem from the oldest known flower in the world.

From the kinship of an ancient flower, and the ancient healing of touch, came Zenkeri Massage, LLC.
