A Nymphea Zenkeri, commonly known as the Red Tiger Lotus, is a water lily that is native to the Nile, and grows in some parts of East Africa & Southeast Asia. This beautiful flower grows roots in mud, & can survive for thousands of years.

Over 10 years ago, fossilized remains of the worlds oldest known flower, Archaefructus sinensis, was discovered in Northeast China.
